Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please update us once the item has been shipped and include the tracking number for the returned package.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in the condition received.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at [email protected].
